Subscription and payment information is processed by Stripe. We may receive payment status, plan type, subscription status, checkout identifiers, and related billing metadata, but we do not store full card numbers.

We may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, feature usage, conversion events, error logs, IP-derived region, and hosting diagnostics.

We may use cookies, browser storage, and session information to keep users signed in, preserve workflow state, support saved projects, and improve product reliability.

We use information to provide the planner, authenticate users, save projects, manage subscription access, generate reports, support shareable quote pages, understand feature engagement, respond to support requests, improve the service, and protect against misuse.

Solar project inputs are used to calculate estimates, organize reports, support deployment workflows, and preserve project history when saving or syncing is enabled.

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure, and Google Analytics 4 for privacy-conscious usage and conversion analytics.

These providers process information according to their own policies and contractual terms. We use them to operate the service, not to sell user data.

Solar Home Planner does not sell user data.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, or complete actions requested by users, such as payment processing or project sharing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
